Don't Eat the Paintings

I don’t know much about heirloom tomatoes, but I am fascinated with all of their beautiful shapes and colors. I was really inspired by this Tomato Bob catalog.

And I thought about posting a tomato tart recipe here, but I think that good summer tomatoes should really be enjoyed as a tomato sandwich, or caprese salad, or even just with a little salt. The simpler the better.
