This week I’m doing a little tribute to the cooking of Mark Bittman. His article The Minimalist is everything that I love about food and cooking. His recipes require simple whole foods, few ingredients, and easy preparation. It’s practical delicious cooking. I chose a couple recipes from out of his 25 favorite recipes that he’s done over the years and will be sharing some paintings over the next few days in his honor.
